BLT with avocado and MO’s Bacon Mayonnaise

Ingredients

Serves 4 people

  • 4 slices of sourdough bread
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Fresh green salad
  • 2 plum tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • MO’s Bacon Mayonnaise

FOLLOW THESE STEPS

Cut the avocados in half, remove the seed and peel off the skin. Cut avocado and tomato in to thin slices and season with salt and pepper.

Wash the salad.

Toast bread on grill or a frying pan. Cook bacon until golden.

Spread MO’s Bacon Mayonnaise on the toast, add some salad, tomato, avocado and finish with fresh fried bacon.
