Chilipoked Pokebowl

Ingredients

Serves 4 people

  • 250 g sushi rise
  • 2 tbs mirin
  • ½ ts salt
  • 200 g salmon in thin slices
  • 100 g edamame beans
  • 100 g seaweed salad
  • 1 sliced spring onion
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 4 tbs roasted sesameseeds
  • 4 tbs crispy onions
  • MO’s Red Chili Mayonnaise

Marinade

  • 1 ½ tbs shredded ginger
  • 1 dl freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 ½ dl Japanese soya
  • ½ dl mirin
  • ½ dl sesame oil

FOLLOW THESE STEPS

Marinade:
Mix all ingredients for the marinade.

Salmon:
Cut salmon in thin slices or cubes.

Rise:
Wash rise and boil with salt. When done taste with mirin and cool until lukewarm.

Serving:
Add the rise to a bowl and arrange the remaining ingredients on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, crisp onions and finish with MO’s Red Chili Mayonnaise.
