The World-Wide Mustard Competition
The Olympics, World Championships, European Championships, Norwegian Championships. There is probably a competition for everything no matter which category or where on earth.
We could barely dream that what started with a couple of mustard seeds would lead to 1st place in a world championship!
With a jury consisting of top-shelf chefs and mustard barons, the winner is named in the World-Wide Mustard Competition in Wisconsin, USA.
In 2017 there was over 300 contributors from around 80 different companies, who all fought for the same goal.
We were represented in two categories in this years championship which was “wholegrain” with Foxy Lady and “sweet and spicy” with Jingle Bell Rock.
Not only were we named the world’s best mustard with our Foxy Lady, we also received the bronze medal for Jingle Bell Rock.
We are so pleased to achieve these distinctions and proudly presents the only Norwegian mustard on the market which has won a world championship.
